Mathilde Favier, Dior's PR director, died in a car accident along with her husband, producer Altmaier.
The newspaper Le Figaro reported the accident on August 17 in the Deux-Sèvres department.
Mathilde Favier and Altmaier were driving home when Altmaier drove past them and collided with a truck.
